One thought concerning hotels...The Sheaton is so damn convenient, you should see how many rooms you need and call them and make an offer. I guarantee that you can get a great deal on 6 or 7 rooms in the middle of the week. If you want to give me the number of rooms, I have some pull with Sheraton because I travel a lot and would be glad to make the call for you guys.

based on proximity, the one on winnetka is very close to the track, Like one mile, just over the expressway.
