If it gets bad enough that you need to just let him go, there is a good retirement center down here in Arizona that might take him. I know that they take a great deal of retired horses, and know that it would be a good home.

Thanks...there is a woman locally that has a retirement home, she has one of my former wife's horses there and it's nice...she will take Cal but won't buy him. I really really need some money so I'm trying to find a nice place AND someone who is willing to buy him. If I can't find anyone, Cal will go there.

Well, I feel terribly guilty cause I promised Cal that I would always care for him when we rescued him...but I'm unemployed and down now to my last $160 so I really can't take him with me...besides I don't have a trailer or a vehicle that would pull one. He WILL get a good home, even if I don't get a cent but I really do need some cash!
