Yes, the track has the Tapeta surface (Michael Dickinson's surface).
Does anyone know who will be there -- trainers, jocks, etc.? I'd like to see what the condition book looks like -- however, based upon the geographics, potential quality of racing, surrounding areas, etc., there might be a great racing opportunities. Eric

I would love to see them open the OTB's around the state that Penn National closed (mainly, Williamsport), but without allowing a slots parlor in them, there is not a bit of interest.
Still looking forward to a track in Erie...

I have been in a traffic jam in the middle of nowhere in PA before, and sat there for nearly 4 hours. Needless to say, I became familiar with all of the people in the cars around me that afternoon...
