As far as this takedown, I didn't see it, but I was talking with the owner and his words were that it wasn't BS, just disappointing.....

I had just finished sharing my story with Bob about how that was the very first time I had been with a horse's owner when his or her horse won a race.
And then it came down. A load of crap, after watching it again last night.

I don't have all the replays but I have it burned in my mind. I really like to know the reasons they do what they do. On more than one occasion I have had long shots get knocked off their pins and there has been nothing done but have a jockey pop up when they get unexpectedly passed by a long shot and boom. It's a real shame they have no one to answer to.
