What can you do. One of the few jobs in America where there is no accountability and you can be awful and still hold a job. The best part is that the 1 clearly hits the 3 in the face with the whip and yet they never watched the pan shot to see when it occurred. They were so busy watching the same head on shot over and over trying to make a case to DQ my horse they forgot about the original claim of foul.

One of the worst dq's ever. Had a nice win wager on him and left after that bs call.

Sorry Chuck.

Bens was straight and true Castanon coulda switched whip hands.
Yes ,the 1 smacked the 3 right in the nose easy DQ

the reason the didn't take the 1 down and did take Chuck's horse down was the odds. they are sonstantly trying to appease the chalk player. they think that by making Mr Moto happy he will keep coming to the track. All the people I know and respect are more interested in justice. Consistant and fair.

I will never forget the time CD took down my 60-1 shot simply because Pat Day was surprised that he was passed. They showed replay after replay of my horse doing nothing wrong and then took him down.

I'm just guessing becaise he moved over aq little and the jockey on the chalk favorite smaked the dying horse on the rail in the nose

the horse on the rail made a big stink about that

so they said, "Hey, an oppurtunity to take down a horse and move up the favorite..."

There it is in a nutshell

if you are not the favorite they can find fault with you
if you are the favorite you can smack people / horses with your whip

of course the head-on doesn't tell you where any of this is happening
before or after the wire or after they look at their tickets.

If you saying that odds has anything to do with DQ's, your smoking some serious stuff.....

This argument is all about perception. You percieve this to be true, that favorites get treatment, when they don't.

While I hate agreeing with the all knowing Todd Schrup, things have improved every since that bad two months of DQ's. Recently, all have been warranted.

As far as this takedown, I didn't see it, but I was talking with the owner and his words were that it wasn't BS, just disappointing.....

I am guessing that the head-on is what is telling, because I just watched the Pan view and while he is lugging in, it was gradual and I don't see it....

disappointing that they took action on something they haven't always
and the favorite absolutely did smack the other horse in the nose. It made the slight move by the winner seem dramatic.

Scavs I have had BIG longshots taken down simply for being BIG longshots. I don't have all the replays but I have it burned in my mind. I really like to know the reasons they do what they do. On more than one occasion I have had long shots get knocked off their pins and there has been nothing done but have a jockey pop up when they get unexpectedly passed by a long shot and boom.

It's a real shame they have no one to answer to.
