My boy ran his heart out...didn't look like he was gonna even hit the board there for a minute.

Congrats to BTN.

game old horse...8 years old. Oddly enough, that was just his first win at the 1 1/4 distance.

yeah..would have loved to have seen him win...but very satisfied with his first race back from DBX. He saved ground the whole way, but doesn't race his best when covered up like that. If you give him Cosmonauts trip, I think he wins. Cosmo had no excuse from where he was.

So Cotton Blossom, Better Talk Now, and Teuflesburg win on the same day?

Come on, are you serious?

Please....

Absolutely absurd

Lumping Better Talk Now in with those other two doesn't exactly seem fair.
I just watched the race for the first time. Wow, I never would have believed BTN would win a race where they went :50&change for the opening half.
That was a fun one to watch.

He ran well off the Dubai debacle. That's really all you can ask for, other than winning.

BTN shouldn't be lumped into that group. He's a CHAMPION, a half length from a 2 time BC winner.

If anything, he was the most impressive winner on the day, coming from WAY back into an absurdly slow pace. He was absolutely flying in the stretch!
