I think I am targeting that 5-6-7 sequence and not using DOA.....not sure yet as the 5th and 6th are humdingers...Considering a large exacta box with Pletchers horse and DOA actually. While there will be fireworks if she doesn't win, I don't think she finishs worse then 2nd

While I am probably not going too nuts on this card, there are a couple that have a shot to run well.
Race 7 #1 Forest Fortune(10/1 ML)/#5 Devil House(6/1 ML) - FF is improving gradually, what you want to see and gets Campbell, who is very capable, Pletcher/Rail/ and a 10/1 ML. Devil is going to where he was bred to run, the lawn, and has the number power. CH's progeny improve 2 points once they hit the lawn over their dirt. Race 9 #1 Ituna/Entry (12/1 ML) - Proctor always dangerous at Arlington and now the young Fires gets aboard this speed ball. I doubt Emigh lets him out of his sights but possible. Horse likes Arlington sod also |

Secret Kin comes in off 2 very fast dirt sprints, so certainly 1 mile on the turf is ???, but if the price is right... Trainee made the forward move last out after being stuck at the 10 level, surface switch is also questionable, but I think she'll run well. The Pletcher horse doesn't come in fast, but has a great pattern and the rail, should also run well. |
