I really have a tough time these days watching the NBA. I believe the reason is that the product is just average compared to the way the leauge was in the 80's and 90's. There are some excellent players in the leauge now, but besides Lebron and Kobe the leauge has no buzz. In the 80's and 90's there was so many players Jordan, Magic, Bird, Ewing, Olajuwon, Wilkins, Barkley, Malone etc. Not only the players, it was easy to be passionate about the teams. I loved the Knicks, but I also loved to hate the Pacers and the Pistons. I loved watching teams like the Celtics, Bulls, Hawks, Lakers. It was a great Product. Maybe the product stinks because all guys know how to do is take 3's and dunk, but compared to the 80's & 90's todays game stinks!
