Sinister G.....
Rest in peace. By DAVID GRENING DRF Sinister G euthanized Sinister G, winner of the Grade 2 Lane's End Stakes at Turfway Park in 2004, died Tuesday due to complications from colic, his owner, John Toscano III, said Wednesday. Sinister G was 6. According to Toscano, Sinister G began to colic Tuesday night and was rushed from his Delaware Park barn to the New Bolton equine hospital in Pennsylvania. "He had a twisted colon and a ruptured bowel," said Toscano, who trained the horse early in his career before giving him to Scott Lake. "He was too far gone and they couldn't save him." Zcake, who was running in a 4K claimer and who, like all of them, deserves to be remembered. She was 4 years old.
From Pedigree query..... Tragically, 5/4/07 $4K clm Fairmount 5, threw her rider/ran off in post parade, was retrieved, raced, showed no speed off inside, floated out into stretch, gave way, then broke down past the wire and was euthanized. Run in peace. |
