I watch on Youbet.net for free (careful with the time limit) and bet with Catskill OTB phone acct. for free, never a problem with deposits, withdrawls, or taxes, and with a no surcharge account I get full track payouts. PM me for phone ##,s I'd recommend to everyone. Legal in most states.

although i wasn't too happy about the deposit that large inmate left before his withdrawal.
