I swear I liked her before I saw she was trained by Jerkens. I actually was a big fan of Sir Greeley and Corinthian for almost a year before I realized they were both trained by him.
The real root of his problem as you see BTW, is the presence of Mr. Greeley and/or Buckpasser...he loses his mind.

For whomever may be interested, the Comely is the Thorograph Race of the Week. Going by the numbers, there are a few things that stand out, the biggest of which is that Fee Fi Fo Fum, while very eligible to improve, is the slowest horse in the field coming into this. At 7-2 ML, she's one to take a stand against. Boca Grande, who is also likely to improve 2nd off the layoff, comes in no faster than many, and is giving weight, therefore should be an underlay. Pletcher's Perfect Forest is solid, and in light, is the most likely horse to run well (win? maybe!). I, like Andy, would lean against the Maryland shipper and the Contessa trio (although out of the 3, Officer in Pursuit seems to have the biggest upside). This leaves us with 2 interesting horses, both coming off poor races. Desire to Excel, the fastest horse at 2, comes off a poor showing 1st off layoff and 1st stretchout at Tampa. If you can forgive that effort, this could be the horse. Finally you have Pat Reynolds' Lost Etiquette, only 3 lifetime starts, 2 of which have been very competitive with this field. Only problem is her most recent was the worst, why? Short rest? Again, if you can forgive that effort, this one is dangerous.
Bottom line: Pletcher's Perfect Forest is the horse with the least strikes against, although not a major standout, Desire to Excel and Lost Etiquette are both dangerous.

Nice, thanks for the Thorograph view.

Sightseek, that's my review using the Thorograph numbers... They are far more positive about the Maryland shipper, Winning Point than I am.
