you could start with the list at Dick Downey's site: he's got at least 50 or 60 listed there and a very simple ranking system where you can view the top 20 or the next 20 etc. Good race summaries too.

oh that link will take you to the third tier group ("Just in case") but just use the menu on the left hand side to get to the Top tier, and the second tier (Called "worth watching")..
