I don't want the online daily, I tire of reading online. Hard copy is preferrable.

Also, for all that use DRF, in doing so, with the new Moss Pace figures added, it indicates the price to be something like $3.75, vs $2.50 for Formulator pps. (This being a day rate for one card, rather than a month, etc.)

Do ALL FORMULATOR 4 pps have to have these figs? And is there any difference between Formulator Basic pps, and Formulator 4 pps with Moss figures, other than the addition of Moss, etc? Does the software capability vary?

Thanks in advance.
I quoted so I wouldn't miss anything.

I subscribe to Simulcast Daily and use it nearly every day. I'm too far away to make it worthwhile getting it by mail, and it was always slow anyway.

Formulator 4 does not have Moss figures. They are available in PDF only. There is a big difference between Basic and F4 PPs, but as stated, it has nothing to do with Moss figures. It gives the ability to search tons of trainer stats, as well as charts of each entrants races, and the ability to see the PPs of any the horses in any of the charts.

Thank you for responding CM., especially regarding Simulcast Daily.

I know there's a great difference between basic pps, and Formulator, as Formulator is interactive. My greater concern . . . I've downloaded Formulator 4, are there differences between that and other Formulator software that I'm not aware of. And does one use Formulator 4 only?

The software is the same, only the files are different. The latest F4 does have some stuff built in to try and prevent file sharing. I don't do that, so I don't know how well it works, but it can be a hassle when you switch computers.

on another note: can someone tell me why on earth formulator files leave out designations whether a particular horse is triple crown or breeders cup eligible?

I think this is very useful info

the regular PPs have it.
