as a side note; It is my opinion that unless you are picking a horse 50-1 or better you are much better off waiting until derby day to bet. at least that way if the horse scratches you get your money back. in the future pool, if the horse doesn't run you are screwed

What horse(s) are you looking to bet? At this point some are good future bets and some are better to wait for. . .

I disagree. But we went through this in a thread about Pool 1, so no need to rehash it here.
