Go to Gulf.
Spend $5 or whatever and get a seat in the grandstand (free to park and get in). No matter what people say, sitting in the grandstand at Gulf is the best seat at ANY racetrack for watching the races. The apron is small which means the g'stand is very close to the track itself. That said, I really like Tampa.
