Youre right jim, aqu doesnt handle the rain as well. How often does it rain during winter racing though? We are takling about a track thats basically for the months of Dec-Feb
The composition of the track may not change, but the surface its self changes. It freezes, and they are constantly trying to even it out because they screwed it up taking the top 4 inches off.

They have been "tweaking" the poly now for going on two years. If it takes nearly two years to solve a problem -- that's more than "tweaking".
Here are the lies as spelled out by Martin Collins -- the "low kickback" and "dustfree" are particularly interesting: http://www.polytrack.com/advantages.html They don't "harrow" it -- but they do use machinery on it routinely throughout a card to treat it. Machinery made by Cousins. Can you imagine using that garbage "indoors"? Better bring the SCUBA gear so you can breath. Unbelievable. |
