This seems to be heating up...not just the Dems. Arlen Spector had a lot to say today. This is becoming interesting.

Congress has no guts. None. They could stop this war tomorrow, not even saying they should. But if you want to shake a rattle everyday at the President you might as well put your money where your mouth is. And according to the Constitution, Congress controls the loot. They can end it right now.
