Interesting story. I had a lead on a house that was for sale a few months back "for a good price". So I checked it out. It turned out to be this trainer's house (I think his mother) owns it. It was a nice place, small ranch, but I passed. Didnt think it was worth what they were asking. I still think its for sale.
