Thats the nice thing about being at the track and betting. The exacta pools are constantly updated. Unless a ton of late money comes in, you know what you are going to get. Thats what you have to love about win bets. You know what the payoff is so risk v. reward can actually be approached. When you get into tri, super, pik pools... well thats a guessing game.

Add to this that the state of Louisiana is a crooked as it gets, and you really dont know what you are going to get.
