Magic,
Sometimes I'm just kidding. I've been known to be a bit sarcastic at times.
Heck, my sppeling isn't that grate sumtimes two.
Now, just soze yuze nose, most Amerikans hear don't believe in the cammander in deciept much any more. His support for the surge is at 26%.
Heck, he still has his advocates, Barney and Laura come to mind, maybe a few more. They must be getting their info from the nice folks in Lithuania.
As I've always said, as Lithuania goes, so goes the world.

Grizzlies are ok, but you have to hide your food in a tree. Even then they might try to come into your tent. Not a good thing in the middle of the night.

A Gallup poll says Americans are 88% against sending more troops in.I know exactly what Bush thinks about that.

"I understand that, and the majority of the American People are simply wrong about this."

From Andrew Sullivan's blog- a blast from the past--

"Some Americans ask me, if completing the mission is so important, why don't you send more troops? If our commanders on the ground say we need more troops, I will send them. But our commanders tell me they have the number of troops they need to do their job. Sending more Americans would undermine our strategy of encouraging Iraqis to take the lead in this fight. And sending more Americans would suggest that we intend to stay forever, when we are, in fact, working for the day when Iraq can defend itself and we can leave. As we determine the right force level, our troops can know that I will continue to be guided by the advice that matters: the sober judgment of our military leaders," - president George W. Bush, June 28, 2005, when more troops might actually have helped.

We may have a president with an excruciating ability to do exactly the wrong thing at the wrong time - every time. (Andrew Sullivan)
