I appreciate the willingness of both of our scorers to add Oaklawn races. I know that it is extra work on your parts and we would be nowhere without you.

In all fairness, Indian Hemp ought to have the final call on moving from 11 races at GP and 1 at Oaklawn to Digger's suggestion that we do 9 stakes races from GP and 4 more from Oaklawn. We ought to follow our tradition of respecting the points winners' choice.

Is Digger's suggestion OK with you, IH?

IH has the final word on the subject and however he decides is fine with me. Digger and I were just making suggestions. I, for one, will bear no one any ill will no matter what the final decision is.

I understand exactly what you are saying Cal. Your and Digger's suggestions are very constructive ones. I just didn't want any decision to be taken out of IH's hands. He earned it with a very strong points win.

We're all good Digger. There seems to be a little extra enthusiasm on everyone's part as we see the final round of Derby and Oaks preps. Hopefully it will even increase as the first Saturday in May gets closer.

I'll plan on posting the threads once Indian Hemp has made the final decision.
