Ruff, I don't think that we can replace scratched horses with new picks after the deadline has passed. That's why it is called a deadline. You simply have a scratch with that pick.

I always give a little leeway if you are late with your picks when you are placing an ROI wager on a later race. However 2 hours is way too late to change a pick. Parx was really bad with their scratch updates. I checked close to post time and they still had also eligibles running.

While I lost my bet I was very impressed by Next in the 7th. It's too bad there are not more "distance" races.

Next was an absolute machine. Quite a performance. I had my doubts about which horses would place 2nd, but I would never have picked the one that did unless I used the all button. Of course, when I do that the faves come in like clockwork.
