Of course she can. You're forgetting it's a female birthright. They inherit it from their mothers or maybe I should say, they learn it from their mothers. It's the old nature versus nurture thing, but God bless them. They make our worlds go round. All kidding aside, I think that women make wonderful leaders because of one thing. They absolutely refuse to take no for an answer. What better attribute is there for a leader?

Get up extra w-early Ruffian to check, as you said to RQ "put on your big boy(girl) pants, it's only one day a year" or something like that. Going to bed early helps too.
