Yet, When you look at the Louisiana tracks
Fair Grounds….Evangeline….Louisiana Downs
Even during a Weekday Card….
Usually pretty large fields🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎

The very small fields especially apply in stakes races. Often the same horses are running against one another time after time. The maiden, claiming and ubiquitous optional claimers tend to draw reasonably sized fields.
