I remember coming up from South Carolina to Saratoga years ago only to see this "Carolina BBQ" and saying I need to meet the person trying to pull this off.

From there you introduced me to DerbyTrail,
And there was Morty, DrugS, and a whole cast of characters.
And there was Sumwonluvsyou, and Chuck, maybe not in that order

Thanks for all you do Steve! Met a lot of people and learned even more.
