You are saying it was a Great ride and he gave the near odds on horse every chance to win and he didn't impede Modernists momentum 1 bit in the stretch? Modernist the only horse that had any chance whatsoever of beating his brother. Rate the ride Jimmy on a scale of 1-10.
You’re suggesting he did not give his mount the best chance so his brother could win, no? You’re also suggesting he impeded Modernist so his brother could win. Call it whatever you want, but you know what you’re saying.

Of course I didn’t say it was a great ride. It wasn’t. I also don’t think it mattered much. And no, he didn’t impede Modernist’s momentum.

We can agree to disagree here. You see something I don’t. Not saying you’re wrong but Idiot Stakes is usually a good barometer. Just saying.

No. I'm saying he never put his horse in position to win and that could be because he very early saw that the horse didn't have it that day.

Yes I am saying knowing he didn't have the horse to win he helped his brother by going right handed and moved in to Modernist which slowed his momentum and would cause the jock to change focus.

At least Stakes loved the winner of the Preakness.

Loved it so much he bet a whopping $20 win/place.

He also said Medina Spirit was not going to run. Anytime he’s right about anything it’s an accident.
