A player might construct a $96.00 Pick 5 with the entire and complete basis of the play being that he HATED the favorite in the 2nd race.

Then through no fault of his own he's forced to take a horse that was the reason he made the play

Are you kidding me?

There's got to be a way to make that more equitable?
