Agreed. I got denied and my friend in Pittsburgh got denied. Not sure what is going on with NYRABets, but if they are looking for clients, missing a big opportunity.

I'm wondering about the Commission ruling. This came out of nowhere. They don't publish the meeting stuff for months. There was no mention of it even being considered. I've sent letters and emails for years and never got an answer from the commission members or any politicians.

The only thing I can think is that the 35 mile restriction may be part of the Slots law. A ruling by the Racing Commission can't change the law. Maybe they are hesitant to accept accounts in case Harrah's comes in and challenges or sues.

I worked for years on the Slots Law and PA Racing and was frustrated beyond belief. Pay to Play, Backroom deals and Corruption are the norm. Nothing is as it appears. The Layer Cake.
