Losing Songbird has got to sting Santa Anita.........of course the way they run their meet it seems kind of fitting.
Good break for Belmont getting more star power for their best card of the year.

Hollendorfer has won the Delaware Handicap twice,he might be eyeing that one next.

Let's talk some racing.

Have any sure things next weekend even before the posts are drawn? I have one in mind, and no, it's not that Conquest Mo Money doesn't win another race in 2017, although I feel as confident about that as I do Catch a Glimpse's best races are far behind her.

That's almost as funny as you eating at Jims. Place doesn't even come close to top 5 in the city. Used to like it, but now it's as big a tourist trap as Pat's & Geno's.

My brother opened a bar in the Port Richmond section of the city late last year. Their claim to fame is the "Witorwitowski" which is a keilbasa cheesesteak. Now THAT'S a ****in sammich, brotha. It's a shame you hold that false stigma for this partially beautiful city. I will stamp a GUARANTEE that if you came down and stayed for a weekend that I would forever change your mind about Philly. my least favorite race of the day is the Jaipur, so naturally i have a semi-strong opinion about it.

UNDRAFTED

i know i know, he's a plodder who always tends to come flying late and hit the board but never wins, but @ 12-1 he looks pretty juicy. Tough field, there seems to be four logicals, trying to think outside the box here.

Songbird looked like a short filly in that race, no way Mike does not open on the turn if he was not concerned about condition, cause he had the horse to make a earlier move.

The runner up ran ok I guess but if she wasnt beating songbird today not sure how she does it in the future, and I think Songbird will run more out east than west this year.
