Since Ed is my buddy and I talked to him at length about Derby strategy this year, I can say with 100% certainty that what he said was accurate. He was against Always Dreaming (as was I), and the superfectas played by the Player's Pool were all his. There was nothing nefarious about the approach. It was probably not in good taste for Scully to post a winning ticket when the pool lost, however.

Sorry brotha, I saw the shot, and TOOK the shot. Just some good natured ribbing, rht. Nothing more. And in full disclosure, I would've STILL missed out on the super bc Bsttle of Midway was one of my first tosses. Saw him as a pace casualty. Goes to show what I know!

Absolutely HORRIBLE/HORRIFIC/EMBARRASSINGLY POOR execution by those in charge of disposing of the allocated funds!

I typically toss a few bucks into Ed's pools, including this pool. IMO Ed made a few mistake that he acknowledge's and will make changes. I know he feels bad, I know it came off poorly. That said not the end of the world
