no, but I didn't really expect to.

I'm going to harass them until they give me some money back...ever since my friend got 1 month credit, I've been on a mission.

they gave me a month credit after I complained that I had to buy a new antennea (because the wires froze in my car and it broke...one more reason to love VT) but I think after the first complaint they just start ignoring you...
worst part IMO is that you can't call and comlain because the calls are routed to India, and if your question or complaint is not on whatever pre-written list they have there then you get absolutely nowhere...
