What horse caused a Racing Times writer named Kurt Paseka to have to pose naked in the infield(he covered himself in the strategic area) for a picture that was published in the Racing Times, by winning the Seneca Handicap at saratoga one summer? Paseka had stated in his selctions column that if this particular horse won that day, he would dance naked in the infield(the guy had guts, he actually did it)

There was a time when a jockey would get a 3lb weight allowance. 1-What was the reason? 2-What was the symbol used in the racing form? 3-Who was the last one? You guys get this you're good.
