Arroyo should be fined for this objection, there is zero chance that this horse comes down, not only did the 9 not interfere with the 10, but the 10 was not going to place ahead of the 9 regardless.

watch my pk4 go 3 for 4 now with the biggest longshot winning the 9th and the highest price I had on the ticket winning the 10th.

The horse was a mile the best there, there just wasn't enough racetrack to make up that amount of ground he spotted.
