I googled. He faces charges for publicly posting a video of himself training his girlfriend's dog to perk up when the guy says, "Gas the Jews" (which he says a lot in the video, because you know, it takes awhile to train a dog to do something) and then later to stick out his paw when the guy says, "Sieg hell." He claims that he never intended anyone other than close friends to see this, which is, I'm sure, why he does an introduction about what he's doing, in which he refers to the girlfriend, who I assume all his close friends know, as "my girlfriend," rather than by her name.

Not to mention, if he had just limited it to his friends and shared it privately, it would have been legal. It's the fact that he posted it publicly that put him in violation of the law.

Also originally from Fox but now with CNN is S.E. Cupp, who was busy posting airplane selfies on social media this morning. Perhaps the S.E. should stand for social engineering?
