My car!
![]() ![]() Thankfully there were a couple of neighbors outside and were kind enough to dig my car out for me as it was just way too much for me to handle. |

Plen, I hope that you offered them some brandy or the equivalent for digging your car out.
It sure helps me warm up after shoveling.From your photos, it looks as if it might be a while before the parking lot and roads get cleared out. Since you are online, I'm assuming that your power didn't get knocked out. Very glad to hear that. |

Well, I don't have brandy (lol) but I did offer to pay them, went out there with cash in hand. But they were just standing around shooting the breeze, drinking a beer, and in jolly moods so they said they'd just do it, no worries. See, kindness lives!
I'm so grateful the power stayed on. I was mostly worried about heat. |

"Nice pics" Plen. Hope it warms up enough to get the area there and all around the east back in business soon. I remember these kinds of winters growing up in Endicott, NY. Fun when your young . . . not so much as we grow into our elder an senior years.
