I dont know Marty. However, that is what he goes by. You want to say I have a connecting with someone because I call them Marty instead of Martin then you are really reaching here. Not opposed to a third surface at all, as long as it can be offered at a trackj with traditional dirt, which noone has done or will do,
Its a dirt replacement, not a third surface, because not one track has THREE surfaces, no room for them.

I dont understand, why do they need a dirt surface as well. Oaklawn and Turfway dont have a turf so why does only having one surface matter. To me it is a 3rd surface. And of course it replaced dirt at Turway etc etc-u are a genius to figure that one out. So I dont understand when you say it is a dirt replacement.
