Bathwick Man, 10, after falling and breaking his neck at Worcester, poor thing. He had been pulled up in his last start earlier in the month.
This was his 60th start. Rest well.

Mariano In-the-ninth
He was pulled up in race 6 at Churchill Downs and was vanned off, Mariano Intheninth was the favorite and was 2 lengths in front before being pulled up. Mariano In-the-ninth was by Affluanza out of Giant's Causeway foaled February 1st 2012, he had 7 starts with no wins, one second, one third and 6 unplaced including 2 DNFs.
