Well...it appears that Boston got a present early as the most arrogant agent in sports graciously allowed them the priviledge of signing Dice-K. Don't know the numbers yet,but I'd guess 10mill for 5-6yrs.

I am calling it one of the worst trades in the offseason.
Colorado/Houston Jason Jennings for Jason Hirsch, Taylor Buckholz and Willy Tavarez. Like I've told others in the roto world. What the heck is the big deal on Jennings? No one can give me answer, because they don't see it either.

Adding to my previous update on Matuszaka, I was checking his stats from 99 to 06.....and he looks like he has a "Bret Saberhagen" kind of carreer! Saberhagen was a great KC Royals pitcher who had odd/even years...every other year he was great,then average. Wierd!!...but I willl say to DiceKs' credit it appears that he's getting better every year.
