Don't like wet weekends at Belmont because it is the only place I seem to be able to do really well but the wet takes that edge away from me. Might end up just playing Longchamps this weekend and leaving it at that if the rains are that bad.

kind of sad that the 2 year old stakes didn't draw flies. 2 grade I for half a mill each and 2 grade II for 200 K and only 26 hosses entered. Avg 6.5 hosses per race. what does that say about the derby crop ? What about the racing secretary? he can't drum up some hosses to run for big money ?
