Only if 'the easiest stance' is to make no conclusion or even more important judgment until all the facts are in and then do things like start midnight basketball leagues and pay gangbangers to form stop the violence programs that will secretly be used as drug dispensaries for heroin and cocaine.

It's worked so well to quell the violence in Chicago it should go national.
