even with http://www.dol.gov/dol/topic/hiring/affirmativeact.htm ..where race is slanted tward hire of those with color..i am not allowed to act like they havent been given a huge hand up..yet the welfare numbers soar..as far as my take on the johnsons..ive seen it daily..first hand
