Once they passed this, then why shouldn't these Republicans not ask for it? Why do the people in need to be left out in cold? Why should it only go to the states that their Representative who voted for it only get it?

This is the same BS on health care. When Nebraska and Michigan and whoever else get special consideration over all other states and left these states out in the cold from having the same deals.
