She did have a set back a few weeks ago, Pat. Together with that and the drop in distance, yesterday was going to be much more difficult than it looked.

Wasn't it also strange that Soumillon rode the eventual winner, even though he's ridden just about every other De Kock winner?

She'll win next time if allowed to step out over 10 furlongs.
