If ole Kenny Mc peek was buying 50k horses and found something which was a non natural substance but was not detrimental to the horses health made them run better and wasnt going to get him or myself in trouble count me in as long at it is legal. Legal is defined as a substance which is tested for that the state mandates you get in troublefor if your horse races on it. If they dont test for it how can it be illegal or more importantly why ?
