 Leave it CHD to screw their everyday owners out of 20% of the original purse. Citing that they have to because of the horsemans stance with the signal being withheld. However, they can bump a purse by 250k to attract a horse that the trainer has been saying for weeks that hes planning to run. Just dont see how they manage to fucl< up every decison they make. Even when there isnt an issue that needs a decision.
