Illinois doesn't allow you to get any new accounts (Lisa Madigan enforcing laws that haven't been passed yet) I was grandfathered in with my BrisBET acount which is now TwinSpires.com
I like not having to drive an hour to a OTB filled with a derby crowd of clueless rude people .................................................. ........................................ I don't think it is great that I won't get to wager on Churchill Downs
