Anyone know when Penn Nat'l will re-open public access to the track? News reports say the casino is scheduled to open in February. I'd like to take a trip there (and maybe visit Real Quiet on the way at his new digs), but I'd like to be able to actually stand by the rail rather than be stuck in a building far away.
Dr. Fager would be our board expert on Penn National. Hopefully he will see this and be able to help you out.
