Here's the thing, Willingham was let go after 3 years. What is the difference here, other than Weis was a good assistant? In his best year, Weis was coaching with Willingham's team. Players he recruited and coached. Since that first year they have gotten worse. This is a team that Weis recruited....they are awful. I do not see how they will win more than 2 maybe 3 games this year and I find it hard to believe he keeps his job if that happens. Especially if the NY Giant job opens up.

i didn't think willingham should have been fired after 3 yrs. i personally think they should get 5yrs. at 5yrs you have ALL YOUR players, thats when you find out where your are.
do i think weis has recriuted well in his first 2 seasons? no. do i think he'll turn nd around in 5 yrs? no. do i think weis can coach and game plan and call plays? yes.
