After asking her who she was and what she did with my wife... I proceeded to do some research. Few questions:

1). Do you need to have current ownership over 3% to get licensed? Or can a prospective owner get licensed. You need to list some percentage ownership...2% will work...3% or more will get you a parking pass also.

2) If you need ownership to be licensed, could an owner with under 3% choose to get licensed? Yes

3) Can you get fingerprinting done at Belmont Racing office. Yes

4) What the heck is the new Workers Comp affadavit? Does this apply to owner applications. Not That I know of

The State website is about as clear as mud... Any guidance would be appreciated.
