Xavier certainly blew it.
I will say the refs had no balls as that last foul by Oden should have been considered flagrant, intentional, or a technical. As for the end, why teams don't foul when up three at the end is beyond me. The chances of hitting a three are exponentially greater than scoring three points when getting fouled in the back court or near mid court.
